Managing multiple loans creates significant stress due to varying due dates and amounts, leading to potential financial errors.
We'll design the app for simplicity and easy access. Clear layouts, simple language, and smooth navigation will help borrowers manage their loans. Features like reminders, scheduling, and loan details will be presented clearly. Our goal is to give borrowers control and reduce stress, making EMI management straightforward.
Competitive Market Analysis
A competitive analysis
requires examining both P2P lending platforms with similar EMI management tools and traditional
banks' online loan features. We'll analyze their payment reminders, scheduling, loan tracking,
and overall user experience. This comparison will help Faircent EEZEE differentiate itself and
improve its borrower dashboard. Apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other
budgeting/payment tracking apps.
Faircent's EEZEE user interface (UI) must prioritize clarity and simplicity. A clean, uncluttered design ensures borrowers can easily navigate and understand their loan information, reducing potential anxiety and friction during payment management.
Faircent EEZEE will prioritize a user-centric approach, comprehensive user experience. This includes ensuring that essential tools like automated reminders, payment scheduling, and detailed loan breakdowns are presented in a straightforward, easily accessible manner
"Faircent EEZEE offer comprehensive customer support through multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and in-app support, ensuring our borrowers can reach us through their preferred method. Our aim is to provide timely responses across all these channels.
With insights gathered from the interviews, I developed personas to represent the primary user groups. These personas helped in understanding the unique qualities, preferences, and behaviors of Faircent EEZEE customers.
Furthermore, we prioritize transparency and intuitive design in our loan management interface. Borrowers deserve clear, real-time updates and a comprehensive overview of their loan obligations. This is why we've focused on creating a user-friendly system, particularly for payment management. Features like automated reminders, easy access to payment history, and clear payment schedules are integral to our approach. By providing these tools, we aim to eliminate uncertainty and empower borrowers to take control of their financial journeys, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from application to repayment.

The sitemap for the App was relatively simple to keep the user experience intuitive.
Rough sketches helped test layouts and navigation for loan browsing. Using sitemaps and flows, I designed Splash Screen, Login, and Main home and mobile etc.
I began with simple sketches (wireframes) to test layout and navigation, focusing on core features like product browsing. I used sitemaps and user flows to plan, then designed 3 key pages for both desktop and mobile. These pages included Homepage, Borrower, Lender.
